Nice hotel, all of the staff were GREAT and good, fantastic location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was right by the V & A Waterfront, and coffee shops, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, barbers & hairdressers. Found a place called Caramba, set just walking distance from the hotel, ate there a few times.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. One of the best things about the hotel was the free breakfast that came with our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh fruits, juices, hot items, and pastries.

The room we stayed in was not very clean. The bathroom had a moldy smell and the shower was not working properly.

The value for money at this hotel is impressive. Not only do they provide high speed internet with up to 40mb and a free access to Netflix on a smart TV, but the rooms are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, kettle, fryer, and dishwasher. The attention to detail in the styling, furniture, and lighting is fabulous, creating a comfortable and modern atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's location, just minutes away from the V&A Waterfront and close to shops like Woolworths, is very convenient.

We had a luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel. the suite was spacious with exclusive amenities and private facilities, ideal for our family. the location offered easy access to restaurants and shops, which was a bonus. the service was impeccable, and the staff were always on hand to help us with any queries or needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was the perception that the security around the vicinity of the establishment could be improved, especially at night. this did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

Staying in the apartment was spacious with great views from the balcony. We particularly enjoyed the complementary welcome drinks and snacks, and the fact that the apartment was close to many local shops and restaurants, which made eating out easy and enjoyable.

We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the apartment. the floors were not properly swept, and we found hairs on the bedsheets and towels.
